SUBSTANCE: method comprises energizing one-row sectional electrode system separated with pulses. The negative voltage pulse is supplied alternately to one of the sections of the electrodes, and this section is converted into the cathode. The positive voltage pulse is fed to the other sections of the electrodes, which are not adjacent to the cathode, and they are converted into the anodes. According to the first version, the positive voltage pulse is fed to the all other sections of the electrodes, and they are converted into the anodes, excluding the sections adjacent to the cathode section of the electrodes. According to the second version, the positive voltage pulse is alternately fed to the even sections, and the even section is then converted into the cathode, or to the uneven sections of the electrodes, and the next even section is then converted into the cathode. According to the first version the number of the sections should be no less than 10, and according to the second version the number of sections should be no less than 18-20.
