FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: water-based raw mix contains 43.2-54.8% of flue ash from a Bratsk's heat-and-power station obtained by combustion of brown coals; 9.7-23.3% of Portland cement; 1.89-2% of gypsum cement; 0.06-0.07% of aluminum powder; and 0.16-0.23% of pore-forming agent, in particular detergent "Taiga" with 98.6% saponified fatty tall acids and up to 0.5% sodium carboxymethylcellulose or methylcellulose. In a method of manufacturing reduced-density aerated cellular concrete products from above mix including preparation of the mix, molding, ripening, and thermomoist treatment at 95°C, preparation of the mix comprises mixing of dry components, addition of aqueous solution of detergent "Taiga", stirring for 3-4 min, addition of aluminum powder slurry, and final mixing for not longer than 1 min.
EFFECT: reduced average density, heat-conductivity, water absorption, and air shrinkage resulting in elevated quality of concrete.
