FIELD: construction materials industry; methods of production of cellular concretes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction materials industry, in particular, to the method of production of the cellular concretes of the autoclave solidification and may be used for manufacture of construction materials and products. The technical result of the invention is reduction of the average density, thermal conductivity, water adsorption and the capillary suction, the increase of compression strength after the steaming and the quality factor of the gas concrete. The method of manufacture of the aerated gas-ash-concrete materials and products of the decreased density provides for the mixture preparation, its molding and the heat- humid treatment. The preparation of the mixture includes (in mass %):the Portland cement - 9.7-23.3, the fly ash - 43.2-54.8, the constructional gypsum - 1.9-2, the washing agent "Taiga" - 0.16-0.23, aluminum powder - 0.06-0.07 and water. At that they additionally exercise the preliminary aerification of the raw mineral suspension by the air-involving additive, porositization - by the method of gasification. The thermal-humidity treatment is exercised in the autoclave according to the following mode: hours - heating and steam blowing - 0.7-1.5; rise of the steam pressure up to 8 atmospheres and the temperature to 200°C - 7-8; the pressure reduction - 1.5-2; vacuum operation - 0.5-1.5; the total of the autoclaving - 11.2-14.5.

EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the average density, thermal conductivity, water adsorption and the capillary suction, the increase of compression strength after the steaming and the quality factor of the gas concrete.
