FIELD: mechanical engineering; cooling systems of automobiles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of blades of axial-flow fans used for cooling automobile engines. Proposed blade of axial-flow fan has convex leading edge, concave trailing edge, root part and upper edge. Radii of internal curvature of root part, middle part and upper edge are chosen to provide ratio of 1:1.67:1.08, and maximum values of thick-ness of blade sections in said parts are chosen to provide ratio of 1.45:1.17:1.
EFFECT: increased capacity and delivery head of air with provision of strength of fan blade.
