FIELD: technology for controlling railroad bed and automobile roads.

SUBSTANCE: device operates along movement direction of base with measuring complex rigidly held thereon, including two hydro-dynamic gyroscopes and information transformation block for these devices. One of them is standard, and another one is with coaxial shift of mass center of sensitive element. In certain way devices are oriented on moving base, calibration of measuring system is performed, forming a series of signals from measuring complex depending on characteristic changes of relief of researched surface. Base is moved with measuring complex along controlled relief and signals from it are recorded, as well as speed and current base movement time. Measurements are performed several times and, by evening out following and previous measurements, relief changes in time are detected.

EFFECT: possible detection of dynamics of relief alternation along movement direction of base and in time.
