FIELD: gyroscopic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method for adjusting centering portion of suspension of hydrodynamic gyroscope sensitive element includes filling suspension chamber partially with liquid, providing for its neutral floatability and own rotation of suspension, while float suspension chamber is filled with liquid, amount of which is determined from strictly well-founded ratio, then floatability of float is determined and amount of liquid in suspension is adjusted until receiving neutral axial floatability. Technology for producing neutral axial floatability of hydrodynamic gyroscope sensitive element includes correcting the amount of liquid inside the inner hollow of suspension with inclination of own rotation axis of hydrodynamic gyroscope sensitive element suspension at an angle of 45±15 degrees in horizon plane, for which purpose speed U* of alternation of output signal of hydrodynamic gyroscope suspension is determined, while liquid in form of orderly portions is added to float chamber or removed from there until speed U* equals to zero. Particularity of device is positioning on one of ends of rotating float chamber of a cylindrical hollow, end portion of which is in contact with float chamber and matches shape of its end portion. In accordance to one variant, cylindrical hollow is made of transparent material in form of a headpiece, and an assembly for connecting cylindrical hollow with outside environment is made in form of aperture, coaxial with float chamber axis and cylindrical hollow, and at the end of this transparent hollow, in contact with aforementioned chamber, draining ring-shaped hollow is made, while cylindrical hollow in conjunction with float chamber is positioned on rolling bearings coaxially with stator of signal receipt system, cylindrical hollow is connected to inner hollow of float chamber via filling apertures. In accordance to a different variant, cylindrical hollow is made in form of stationary float-adjustment chamber, positioned inside the float suspension chamber, and element for connecting the latter to outside environment is made in form of several through channels, axes of which are parallel to axis of float chamber, with cylindrical mobile elements, one of which while moving forms and breaks connection by means of connecting channel between float chamber and cylindrical hollow, and remaining ones (second one, third one, etc.), while moving, alter inner amount of liquid in aforementioned cylindrical hollow.
EFFECT: realization of adjustable setting of centering and electrical portions of suspension of hydrodynamic gyroscope sensitive element, utilized as device for measuring angular movements of mobile objects.
