Abstract RU 2275000 C1

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, concave constructions used in threshing apparatuses.

SUBSTANCE: concave consists of longitudinal planks rigidly attached to planar curved sides and transverse rods symmetrically arranged at both ends over embracement angle of 5-7 deg. Remaining part of concave is formed from set of rotating shafts mounted for rotation on side in radial direction thereof. Multiple-faced disks are rigidly fixed to shafts at equal pitch. Rectangular planks having length smaller than disk pitch are rigidly fixed to one face of disk, in particular, to ends and mid portion of said face. Intermeshed gears are disposed externally of one side on ends of all said shafts. Intermediate shaft is made longer than other shafts, and is equipped with transfer member mounted at its end and flexible binder connected to similar member on threshing drum shaft.

EFFECT: increased efficiency due to employment of multiple-faced disks with protrusions preventing concave from clogging, and enhanced reliability in operation.
