FIELD: the invention refers to equipment of pace ships and orbital stations and may be used for carrying experiments aboard them.

SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a casing, a rotating shaft setting in motion with an engine and a great number of cantilevers installed radially. One end of each of cantilevers is installed on the shaft and on the other ends of the cantilevers there are many boxes with objects. Additionally the arrangement has a safety gear located between the rotating shaft and the great number of cantilevers capable to separate the shaft and the cantilevers at a sudden stoppage. The safety gear has a drive installed in each cantilever, a stud installed on the end of the rod of each drive, openings in the rotating shaft in accordance with the number of studs and the form of their ends. At that the studs on the end of each cantilever may enter on receiving a signal into an opening on the rotating shaft for providing possibility of rotating of a great number of cantilevers or go out of it in case of a sudden stoppage of the rotating shaft.

EFFECT: reduces negative consequences due to a sudden stoppage of a rotating shaft.
