FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology, amino acids.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for preparing L-threonine by using microorganisms belonging to genus Escherichia and this bacterium is modified for aim of increasing activity of aspartate β-semialdehyde dehydrogenase. Microorganisms are culture in nutrient medium followed by isolation of prepared and accumulated L-threonine from cultural medium, Invention provides preparing L-threonine with high degree of effectiveness.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
