SUBSTANCE: method involves determining bleeding duration, adhesion-aggregation capacity of blood platelets, their aggregation function on glass with a row of inductors and their combinations, intravascular activity of blood platelets and blood clot retraction. Study results are processed by applying general multi-dimensional factor analysis approach. General aggregation potential is calculated and early stage thrombophilic thrombocytopathy diagnosis is set on the basis of this value. The general aggregation potential value being found less than 0.015, no primary hemostasis activation is considered to be available and no medical treatment is to be prescribed. The value belonging to interval of 0.016-0.049, the patients are considered to belong to thrombophilic thrombocytopathy risk group and medical supervision is advised every month and life mode recovery is required. The value being equal to or greater than 0.050, low-calorie diet, thrombophilic thrombocytopathy diagnosis is set and blood platelets hemostasis correction is advised.
