SUBSTANCE: invention refers namely to cardiology and hematology. For the optimization of the blood plates activity in case of high normal arterial pressure at young age the following points are defined: the adherent-aggregative ability of blood disks, their aggregative function on the glass with the range of redactors and their combinations, intravascular activity of blood plates. The analysis of the research results is made with the use of system multiple-factor analysis that allows to define the value of the general aggregation potential -x BiOAP. In case of x BiOAP= 0.0 5 0 and above at early stages the mentioned below is diagnosed: activation of the blood disks development, requiring within 10 months correction comprising a combination of morning gymnastics, medical - preventive gymnastics and fractional employment by physical exercises all over the day.

EFFECT: means allows normalizing platelet activity of a young person with high normal arterial pressure within 10 months.
