FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, presowing treatment of seeds of various farm crops, may be used in agrocommercial complex enterprises and plant-growing farms.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has seed feeding hopper and working chamber with seed mixing device. Working chamber is made in the form of frame with tilt surfaces made from magnetic material. Tilt surfaces have adjustable inclination angle. Infrared emitters are perpendicularly installed above tilt surfaces. Frame has vibration exciter which imparts elastic vibrations to tilt surfaces. Additional tilt surface is positioned under feeding hopper and adapted for separation of seeds by their sizes and removal of small-sized foreign matter. Additional tilt surface is made in the form of replaceable vibratory sieve driven by vibration exciter. Apparatus is further equipped with additional feeding hoppers for treated and non-standard seeds.
EFFECT: improved quality of preparing seeds for sowing and reduced consumption of power for seed treatment.
