FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: threshing-separating apparatus has paired rolls arranged one above another. Upper roll in first pair of feeding rolls is made spring-loaded. Subsequent pairs of rolls are adapted for synchronous rotation in opposite directions and are equipped with threshing tools. Threshing tools on upper roll of first pair of rolls and of lower roll on second pair of rolls are formed as segments of different sizes. Segments are mounted on rolls in helical line at discrete angle of rotation around axis of rotation. Threshing tools on lower roll of first pair of rolls and of upper roll on second pair of rolls are formed from elastic belt. Loops are provided on ends of threshing tools made from elastic belt. In each pair of rolls, differently sized segments of upper roll are positioned opposite slot provided in curved blade of lower roll. Owing to soft action of threshing tools of rolls, grains exercise only minimal damage in the process of threshing thereof.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of apparatus, minimal mechanical damage to grains which retain their sowing qualities.
