FIELD: feed production.
SUBSTANCE: method involves soaking seeds; spreading thereof and providing germination; growing sprouts, followed by dipping of cut leaves into aqueous solution, in particular, 0.02-0.03%-aqueous solution of succinic acid homogenized with supersonics of 5-15 s at average radiation intensity of 3x104 W/m2.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing of enriched green feed.
