SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production. Method of manufacturing green fodder involves seeds disinfection, steeping, laying out, sprouting and following germs forcing. Seeds disinfection is carried out during 1-2 hours by making one layer of seeds on the mineral-wool surface which has silver nanoparticles antimicrobial coating and is wetted at the basis of 0.4...0.5 kg of distilled water under the temperature of 20...22°C per 0.1 m² of the mineral-wool surface.

EFFECT: increasing output of green fodder biomass.
