FIELD: railway transport; track machinery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to track mechanisms with hand drive for mounting anchor rail fastenings and tie at construction, repair and routine maintenances of rail track, particularly, type APC-4 anchor fastenings. Proposed device for mounting monoregulators has handle and pusher and rail grip-stop hinge with handle. Pusher is provided with support platform made for engagement with face of monoregulator and for travel together with monoregulator along inclined longitudinal members of clamp, thus compressing the latter. Rail grip-stop is made U-shaped, with recess of end projections made for engagement with face of rail foot and with cross flange made for engagement with crossmember of clamp. Handle is spring-loaded relative to pusher by torsion spring, and relative to grip-stop by extension spring.
EFFECT: simplified design of device, reduced mass, cost and facilitated servicing and maintenance.
