FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the upper construction of the railway and are intended for anchoring the rails to the ferroconcrete, polymer-concrete and composite rail supports such as slippers, skids, plates, blocks, foot pieces and others, and can be used on the trunk railway lines including high-speed lines, lines in the tunnel, undergrounds and on the approach line of industrial enterprises. In the anchor rail binding for each of the heads of the anchor the bracket is made with upper guide path oriented with the angular inclination in order to provide the directed travel of two end spots of the terminal by their constriction towards each other and by vertical travel downwards to gear the brackets located in the hollows and located along the end spots of the terminal. The bracket hollows of the anchor are made with the fillet between the top fixing and vertical surfaces of the hollow. The radius of the hollow fillet is less or equal to the terminal's bar radius. Deflected end spots of the terminal's rail binding are made with the bend for the angle β at the distance not less than 2 cm from their end face to fix the anchor brackets within the hollows.
EFFECT: helps to simplify the process of automation of assembly and dismantling operations decreasing the amount of the binding details and saving the secured fixation of the rail to the under-rail base.
