FIELD: skating rinks.
SUBSTANCE: the skating rink, having a rectangular base, includes a cooling plate with a heat-exchange battery made in the form of U-shaped plastic pipe-lines parallel with one another, positioned in the base and connected with one end to the refrigerant carrier supply header, and with the other end - to the refrigerant carrier discharge header positioned on the outer side of the cooling plate of the field base being distinguished by the fact that the headers of the refrigerant carrier supply and discharge are installed along one of the shorter sides of the rectangular base of the field, the blanked off ends of the headers are positioned on the side of the opposite longer sides of the base, the heat-exchange battery is installed of polyethylene pipes with an outside diameter of 25 mm and wall thickness of 2 mm, the distance between the axes of the pipes of the U-shaped pipe-line makes up 2.5 to 3 outside diameters, and the U-shaped loops of the pipe-lines of the heat-exchange battery from the base side opposite to the headers in angles are positioned in the arc of a circle with radius R equal to 0.12 to 0.15 of the length of the field base cooling plate, the field base is made as a multilayer one, the cooling plate is made of reinforced concrete, 100 to 120 mm thick, and the value of roughness of the cooling plate surface on the side of ice freezing does not exceed 2-2.5 mm, and positioned below the cooling plate in succession are a membrane of duplex polyvinyl chloride with a layer thickness of 1 mm, heat insulation of two layers of foamplex, each having a thickness of 0.4 to 0.5 of the thickness of the cooling plate, water proofing layer of isoplastic 1 to 2 mm thick, bedplate having a thickness of 2 to 3.5 thicknesses of the cooling plate with pipes for heating of the base laid in the bedplate, the second water proofing layer of isoplastic 1 to 2 mm thick, and a concrete layer of foundation, having a thickness of 1 to 1.5 thicknesses of the cooling plate.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of skating ring cooling and reduced cost.
