FIELD: medicine; maxillofacial surgery.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying surgical bone defect treatment. The incision is de-epithelialized. Diplene film is placed over the whole bone defect zone and over its vestibular, intraoral and approximal surfaces as well, with composite structure introduced into it containing 60% by mass of hydroxyapatite and 40% by mass of beta-tricalcium phosphate. The film overlaps the bone defect area by 3 mm all over its perimeter.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
