SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and can be used in dental implantology, with insufficiency of bone tissue of alveolar process of upper jaw. Osteoplastic composition for subantral augmentation comprises adhesive base MK-9M and contains granules of porous titanium with size of 0.1–0.3 mm with porosity of 80 %, high-molecular hyaluronic acid, tricalcium phosphate, hydroxyapatite, deoxyribonucleate, Polysorb MP and a radiocontrast agent in weight ratio 3:2:1:1:1:1:1:1.

EFFECT: osteoplastic composition for subantral augmentation enables to obtain a complete bone regenerate with the required volume and the least number of postoperative complications in a short period of time with simultaneous installation of dental implants.
