FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing soft tissues around tumor. Skin and subcutaneous fat is cut around the hemangioma along the suture line on its internal side. Pedicle flap is formed by detaching tumor with skin and auricle perichondrium. After having removed the tumor, wound surface is treated with cryoapplicator device operating when t belongs to -180° - -190°C during 1 min in mastoid process or parotid gland area beginning from the external acoustic meatus. Lower portions of salivary gland and the internal surface of skin flap are treated not longer than 30 s. Cryogenic treatment of exposed auricular cartilage lasts 20 s. The cryogenic cycle is repeated after defrosting, avoiding auricular cartilage treatment. Postoperative wound plastic repair is carried out with retained skin flap.
EFFECT: improved ablastic operation properties; reduced risk of tumor recurrence and cosmetic defects.
