FIELD: mechanical engineering, applicable for removal of the slag layer in thick-walled pipes obtained by casting, as well as for removal of hard deposits in long-sizes products in other branches of production for removal of the slag layer from the processed product.
SUBSTANCE: the device has a superposed vibration exciter that can move in the axis of the product, including high-pressure hoses formed in the radial direction, forming two cavities, clamping device and a hydrocavity generator with a mean-pressure maintaining system connected to an adjustable drive. The inertial masses are positioned on two arms, and the cavities of the high-pressure hoses are hydraulically linked in diagonal relative to the axis of the product, whose one end is fixed on a support.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
