FIELD: railway transport; signaling and communication.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains receiving coils installed on locomotive and connected with receiver input, decoder, indicator, comparator unit connected by input with output of speed meter. Comparator unit output is connected to control circuit of electropneumatic valve of brake system of train. It includes also tolerable speed setting unit and mode-of-operation setting unit with driver's manual control and automatic control units connected to mode-of-operation setting unit. Input of automatic control unit serves for connection to train autopilot system. Tracks are furnished with coder units connected to track circuits which are connected with station electrical signal box and station is furnished with coder units switch off device made with possibility of manual control and unit to determine route setting whose input is connected with electrical signal box. Output of route setting is connected to control input of coder units switch off device.

EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, improved reliability of device.
