FIELD: load-receiving platform made in form of section of roller and secondary equipment.
SUBSTANCE: platform rests against resistance strain gauges and is connected by hinges with bed. Load receiving platform has three supports, two of which have to be resistance strain gauges; the resistance strain gauges are disposed along short side of the platform. Third support is disposed along the middle part of opposite short side and is made in form of force-transmitting cross-arm, which rests against two resistance strain gauges and is connected with load-receiving platform by means of contact axis. Resistance strain gauges are integrated with indicator unit by means of secondary equipment, which treats signals from resistance strain gauges to represent value of rolling weight at indication unit. Resistance strain gauges can be made self-centering, for example, with elastomer.
EFFECT: improved precision of measurement; uniform distribution of load for all strain gauges; improved operational reliability.
