FIELD: physics, measurements.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to weight-measuring equipment and may be used to identify mass of sheet rolled metal rolls during their transportation. Device includes receptacle elements, which are installed symmetrically relative to roller bed. Every weight-lifting element comprises guide with vertical and horizontal parts, two hydraulic cylinders and support. Guide is rested on foundation by means of four strain gauges installed at angles of its horizontal part. Tension wires are installed between strain gauges. Vertical part of guide is connected to horizontal part by means of stiffening ribs. On vertical part of guide there are four rollers installed in pairs and protruding from plane of vertical part to the side of roller bed. Hydraulic cylinders are installed on shelf of horizontal part of guide from the side of roller bed. Support is placed on vertical part of guide with the possibility of vertical displacement by hydraulic cylinders. Surface of roll contact with support is arranged at the angle of 3-35° to horizontal plane with inclination to the roller bed side and is equipped with gasket made of rubber. Tension wire comprises two brackets, two axes and nut. The first bracket is rigidly fixed on horizontal part of guide, and the second bracket - on foundation. Brackets are connected to axes, which are tightened by nut. Device arranged according to the second version includes receptacle elements installed symmetrically relative to walking conveyor. Receptacle element is arranged in the form of support rested on foundation by means of four strain gauges. Between strain gauges, as in the first version, tension wires are installed.

EFFECT: simplification of design, higher accuracy of measurements.
