High voltage electrodes of symmetric high voltage capacitive splitters are connected to two phases of primary circuit of checked three-phased measuring voltage transformer, low voltage electrode of first symmetric high voltage capacitive splitter is connected to non-grounded output of winding of current comparator first shoulder.
