SUBSTANCE: device comprises source of high voltage, composed reference inductive voltage divider, current comparator, and zero indicator. The composed reference inductive voltage divider is provided with separate primary and secondary windings for permitting switching-off of a part of the sections of the primary winding of the composed reference inductive voltage divider and change of conversion factor of the divider. The conversion factor of the current comparator is controllable.
