SUBSTANCE: at the background of dietotherapy one should detect the concentration of microflora in small and large intestine and at excessive number of eubacteria - by 30 times and more, alpha streptococci by 25 times and more, enterococci by 10 times and more, Candida by 15 times and more and at availability of herpes virus, decreased number of anaerobes, actinomycetes, Klebsiella by 2-30 times it is necessary to introduce hepon at the dosage of 2 mg about 4-5 times every other day nocturnally, buscopan at the dosage of about 10-20 mg twice daily and debridate at the dosage of about 100-200 mg thrice daily. The innovation provides suppression of pathogenic bacteria and, thus, the relapses of the syndrome of irritated intestine for 12-18 mo after the end of therapy conducted.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
