FIELD: aeronautical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed aircraft has fuselage, ailerons 3, flap 2, fins 5 with rudders 6, aileron, rudder and wing turn control systems. Aircraft is also provided with pylon on which tiltable wing 1 is mounted on axle 4 for change of angle of attack. Axle 4 is located vertically at distance from aircraft CG 8, thus ensuring longitudinal stabilization of aircraft. Fins 5 and rudders 6 are mounted on tiltable wing tips.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of stabilization of control.
