FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: aircraft has fuselage with pressure cabin, two wings, controllable stabilizer mounted between two fins, engines and landing gear, Each wing consists of two panels of different sweep which are rigidly interconnected by means of pylons or braces at distance of 10 to 20% of panel aspect ratio from their end. Front panels are secured in lower front section of fuselage by their roots and rear panels are secured to respective fin by their roots at distance of 10 to 20% of keel aspect ratio from its upper edge. Nose portion of cabin is mounted for turn through angle of 90 deg together with pilot cabin. Tail section of fuselage is provided with cowling where three or four engines are mounted. Air intake is located between cabin and cowling. Stabilizer is mounted for rotation around front spars of rear panels running inside it and rigidly connected with front spars of fins; they are also interconnected. Rear spars of rear panels are rigidly connected with rear spars of fins. Landing gear is provided with nose struts and several main struts located along aircraft side. EFFECT: enhanced stability and controllability of aircraft at different altitudes of flight; improved flight characteristics; enhanced safety of flight. 8 cl, 9 dwg
