FIELD: mechanical engineering; conveyors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-angle belt conveyors designed for transporting large-lump materials. Proposed high-angle conveyor has belt passed over head and tail drums installed on conveyor flight. Elastic suspensions to support carrying run of conveyor belt with cover plates on ends by means of which suspensions are attached to endless traction chains, and cross partitions to hold load on belt. Cross partitions are made of flexible members rigidly mounted on cover plates of suspension. Ends of flexible members are connected to brackets. Cross flexible members are interconnected by rigid tie.
EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability of conveyor.
