FIELD: building industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials, in particular, to the complex additive comprising superplasticizing agent C-3 and, additionally, magnesium hydroxide of the formula Mg(OH)2 taken in the following weight ratio of components, wt.-%: Mg(OH)2, 45-55, and C-3, 45-55. Invention provides plasticization of mortar or concrete mixture and effective resistance to cracks of mortar or concrete. Invention can be used as a plasticizing additive to binding agents and enhances resistance to cracks of mortar or concrete simultaneously.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of additive.
