FIELD: mining and oil production industry, particularly to operate horizontal wells penetrating productive beds and adapted to produce gaseous and liquid hydrocarbons, water and for industrial waste disposal.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determining horizontal or inclined well zone characterized by maximal liquid absorption; forming the first bath in area of horizontal or inclined well section by supplying demudding reagent through tubing string; increasing volume of the first bath by relocating area of demudding reagent feeding along horizontal or inclined well section from area spaced maximal distance from well zone characterized by maximal liquid absorption towards above well zone; leaving the first bath as it is and removing reaction products by well flushing; forming the second bath in area of horizontal or inclined well section by supplying stabilizing reagent through tubing string; increasing the second bath volume by moving area of stabilizing reagent feeding along horizontal or inclined well section from area spaced maximal distance from well zone characterized by maximal liquid absorption towards above well zone; leaving the second bath as it is and removing reaction products by well flushing; developing well.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of well demudding and reagent efficiency for oil production from horizontal or inclined wells.
