FIELD: the invention refers to the field of measuring technique namely to testing equipment for certification of converters of inertial information.
SUBSTANCE: a tilt-rotary stand with one or two axles for provision of angular positions and speeds has a shaft along every axle, an arrangement for reading angular positions and speeds, a tracking system of rotation of the shaft with a sensor of angular positions and an allocating unit of angular positions and speeds. It has a computer, a controlling device, two commutators along each axle, a sine-cosine rotating transformer, a double sine-cosine rotating transformer. In the provider of angular positions and speeds there are a buffer register, a buffer former, the first and the second invariable memory devices, the first and the second multiplying numeric-analogue converters, the first and the second amplifiers with a regulated coefficient of transmission, an inverter, the first and the second double electronic keys. In the tilt-rotary stand there are three tracking systems for rotation of the shaft fulfilled along each axle. The controlling device has an address buffer, a decoder, a controlling register, a data register, a buffer of state.
EFFECT: increases accuracy of allocating positions and speeds, increases quick-acting.
