FIELD: medicine, urology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with developing an urinary urine-retaining reservoir. One should develop an urinary reservoir out of ileal segment. The segment of ileum should be folded as "a double-barreled gun" and dissect the segment along countermesenteric edge. One should at first suture posterior and then - anterior walls of dissected intestine. At proximal end on should form an invagination valve. At proximal end of ileum it is necessary to play "bagasse". Moreover, one should dissect mucosa, one should fold serous-muscular-submucous membranes upwards and in the state of strain he should be sutured to serous-muscular ileal layer. Moreover, dissected membrane of posterior wall should be sutured to serous-muscular layer of anterior ileal wall. Dissected membrane of anterior wall should be sutured to posterior ileal half-circumference. Ureters should be implanted in distal end of a reservoir. Proximal end of reservoir with bagasse should be withdrawn onto the skin. The innovation enables to create additional urine-retaining mechanism at developing a cystostoma.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
