FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making tube from urinary bladder flap which base is close to the uterus neck. Circular incision is made in muscular layer at the tube base. Two additional elliptic cuts are produced 10-15 mm above and below the incision. Then, 6-8 interrupted musculosubmucous sutures are stitched on the superior and inferior edges of the cut muscular layer. To create valve cusps, the tube wall is immersed with dissector unit tying the knots in succession. The distal end of the created tube is brought through orifice in abdominal wall. Its mucosa is sutured to the skin. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in sealing cystostoma. 5 dwg
