FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: one should do strengthening exercises for weakened muscles of body and limbs by alternating them with exercises directed for active stretching muscles both weakened and those after loading. One should carry out massage starting with anterior, lateral and posterior sides of patient's neck, shoulders and thoracic muscles, then comes passive muscular stretching along steady increase of stretching impact. It is necessary to massage alternately each side of spinal and gluteal areas at turn of patient's head towards the side being opposite to that of massage starting from trapezius muscle and sites of its fixation to scapula, then comes the broadest, long and subscapular muscles. One should perform traction along vertical body axis at patient's back position due to taking a patients by radiocarpal articulations of patient's hands up. The innovation enables to prevent counter-curvatures, strengthen spinal muscles and normalize their tonicity.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
