FIELD: ventilation of mines or tunnels, distribution of ventilating currents, particularly subway venting systems.
SUBSTANCE: method involves creating vacuum, namely "suction effect" at end station by electric train leaving the station, which results in fresh atmospheric air feeding to the station through station hall and station entry; opening ventilating valve of ventilating shaft so that fresh air portion supplied due to suction effect created by electric train goes to station platform through ventilating shaft and ventilating valve, which communicates atmosphere with station platform bypassing station entry, another fresh air portion passes through station entry, wherein cold fresh air flow moving through station entry is less than that entering the station in the case of ventilating valve installation in closed position; closing ventilating valve as electric train reaches the station and discharging all exhaust air into atmosphere through station entry, which results in warm air portion increase and cold air portion decrease in air flow passing through station entry during electric train departure from the station and in average air temperature decrease.
EFFECT: possibility to maintain comfortable air temperature at subway end station in winter period.
