FIELD: the invention refers to instrument-making particular to measuring technique and may be used for measuring of torque moment.

SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a foundation with a bracket in whose bearings a shaft is installed, and also a measuring block with a scale, a pendulum and an additional counterweight, connected with an indication arrow, and a limiter of movement with possibility of regulating of additional counterweight in height. The foundation is applied in quality of a limiter of the movement of an additional counterweight. The additional counterweight has a hollow thread opening inside which a rod with thread is installed.

EFFECT: simplifies construction of the arrangement.
