FIELD: antenna engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed radar antenna has minimum two radiators operating in desired operating frequency band, frequency selecting device disposed in front of radiators on same plane whose band characteristics enable passage of electromagnetic radiation in operating frequency band and reflection of this radiation beyond this band. First half of all radiators is spaced along direction of radiation relative to their second half through same distance equal to odd number of mean operating quarter-wavelength. Transverse dimensions of radiators are comparable with mean operating wavelength.

EFFECT: reduced effective dissipation area of antenna in its operating frequency band.
