FIELD: antenna engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed radar antenna has minimum two radiators operating in desired frequency band, frequency selection devices disposed in front of radiators on same plane whose band characteristics make it possible to pass electromagnetic radiation in operating frequency band and to reflect beam beyond this band. Antenna radiators whose dimensions are comparable with operating wavelength are spatially disposed throughout entire convex axially symmetric surface or its part uniformly about axis oriented along normal to frequency selection device plane formed by ball segment or circular right cone having desired wavelengths.
EFFECT: reduced effective dissipation area of antenna in operating frequency band.
