FIELD: agriculture, in particular, irrigated agriculture with drop irrigation systems.
SUBSTANCE: system has pumping plant, reservoir for preparing of nutritive solution, and filter formed as hollow cylinder. Reservoir is equipped with drain pipes made from corrosion-resistant material. Drain pipe surfaces are covered with filtering material. Drain pipes are placed within round reservoir in inert sand filler. System is further equipped with hydraulic cyclone, pressure gauges, collector, fine filter, water outlet, locking fittings, main pipeline, distribution and irrigation network. Irrigation pipelines are furnished with droppers. Netted screen is positioned within hydraulic cyclone. Sludge collector disposed in lower part of hydraulic cyclone is equipped with sludge discharge valve. Outer perforated hollow cylinder is positioned in vertical reservoir of filter formed as hollow cylinder of large diameter, with inner perforated cylinders of small diameter being arranged in equally spaced relation within outer perforated hollow cylinder and equipped with flanges at their ends. Outer perforated hollow cylinder is filled with inert sand filler. Drain pipes of corrosion-resistant material are disposed within cavity of each cylinder of small diameter. Outer surfaces of cylinders of small diameter are covered with filtering material. Lower flanges of inner cylinders of small diameter are joined with collector flanges. Collector is connected via water outlet and channels in casing of two-position water stream distributor with fine filter, which is made in the form of hydraulic cylinder equipped in its cavity with netted screen for separation of fine suspensions. Filter reservoir on outer surface of cylinder has tangential nozzles arranged in equally spaced relation throughout height of reservoir. Nozzles are connected through riser and droppers within casing of two-position distributor with fine water cleaning hydraulic cyclone. Netted screen mounted within cavity of other cyclone is adapted for separating coarse mineral contaminants and plant remains.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and continuous feeding of clean water to droppers on irrigation pipelines.
