FIELD: agricultural amelioration, in particular, drop irrigation, may be used for purifying water to be further used for irrigation of vegetable crops, vineyards, orchards, forestry and fruit nurseries, fruit crops etc.
SUBSTANCE: system has pump station, reservoir for nutrient mixture, filter formed as hollow cylinder, and drainage pipes of corrosion-resistant material. Drainage pipe surface is coated with filtering material and is located within inert sand filler. System is equipped with hydraulic cyclone having netted screen, sludge collector, and sludge discharge valve. Also, mounted within hydraulic main of system are pressure gauge, collector, fine filter, water discharge, locking fittings, main pipeline, distribution pipelines and irrigation pipelines equipped with drippers. Drainage pipe is vertically mounted in axially aligned relation within filter hollow cylinder. Filtering material placed on drainage pipe surface is made from fabric comprising neutral fibers. Filtering material is fixed in upper part of drainage pipe by means of perforated bandage. Lower end of pipe is closed with stopper and located within slot of disk matrix positioned in bottom part of hollow cylinder filter. Disk has stepped groove extending in spiral path of circle involute. Fine filter cassette is located in wide portion of stepped groove. Narrow portion of matrix stepped groove is connected via radial channels with discharge opening provided within bottom part of hollow cylinder. Fine filter cassette is formed from gas-expanded plastic strip placed within cavity of perforated U-shaped carcass. Lower end of carcass with gas-expanded plastic is located within wide portion of matrix stepped groove. Wall space of carcass extending in spiral path, space between fine filter cassette and vertical wall of filter hollow cylinder, space between fine filter cassette and filtering material of drainage pipe are filled with inert sand filler. Sand filler layer above U-shaped cassette carcass is 1.5-2.0 times greater than distance between adjacent vertical walls of U-shaped fine filter carcass. Filter cover is fastened through layer by means of fastening members on hollow cylinder flange. Filter is formed as single unit and has non-purified water inlet and purified water outlet from which said water is fed under pressure into main pipeline of drop irrigation system.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and continuous feeding of purified water and nutrient mixture into irrigation pipeline drippers.
