FIELD: machine engineering, possibly manufacture of grinding machine tools for wood working industry branch.
SUBSTANCE: machine tool includes housing where mechanism for feeding material to be ground and grinding belt tensioned by means of rollers and provided with drive unit and mechanism for tensioning it. Mechanism for feeding ground material is mounted with possibility of cross motion on housing. Grinding belt drive unit is mounted with possibility of lengthwise motion as one piece with hinged carcass for mounting rollers. Belt tensioning mechanism is in the form of tensioning screws arranged in hinged carcass and joined by means of cross bars with axle of drive roller. Member for pressing belt to ground material is joined with hinged carcass.
EFFECT: lowered size of machine tool, improved quality of grinding.
