FIELD: wood-working equipment, applicable in joiner's and furniture production. SUBSTANCE: the first rod of the cross-beam, the lower, right-hand, left-hand and upper carriages, the second rod of the cross-beam and the universal carriage are positioned along the bed frame of the wood-working machine. The motors of the lower, upper and universal carriages are installed on the bed frame, the arbors of the vertical right- hand and left-hand carriages are connected to each other and to the motor by a single flexible transmission provided with a tension mechanism. The flexible member of the transmission rests on the pulley of the right-hand arbour by its external surface, and on the roller and pulleys of the motor of the left-hand arbour - by the internal surface. The motor of the vertical carriages is installed directly on the bed frame, fastened in which are nuts connected to the lower ends of vertical screws, and the upper ends of the latters are connected to the worm reduction gears installed in the upper part of the rods on one side of the cross-beam, the opposite side of arrangement of the posts and bearing supports of the feed rollers. The transmission flexible member of the vertical carriages is tensioned from the motor to the left-hand arbour on one side, and to the tension roller on the other side, and from the latters - to the right-hand arbour. EFFECT: optimized cutting force, simplified construction of the machine, reduced labor content in adjustment and maintenance. 11 cl, 14 dwg
