FIELD: complex processing of raw plant material, in particular, production of ethyl alcohol and vegetable oil from cereal crops in food-processing industry, medicine and perfumery.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing succession of procedures such as grinding, infusion of raw material, saccharifying, cooling, fermenting, distilling alcohol and rectifying the latter; grinding raw material with residual moisture content of 11-13% in disintegrator and exposing to selective extraction for separating therefrom of vegetable oils in carbon dioxide medium under pressure of 16-30 MPa and at temperature of 32-35 C for 60-200 min; providing fractional separation of vegetable oils under pressure of 0.1-0.3 MPa and at temperature of 0-20 C, followed by recovery of solvent; thereafter, directing defatted raw material for processing in order to produce ethyl alcohol.
EFFECT: reduced cost for producing from cereal crops of valuable desired products such as high-quality ethyl alcohol and natural vitaminized vegetable oil, and provision for keeping biochemical composition and physiological activity of said products.
