SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fat-and-oil industry. Method provides preparation, extraction and separation of relevant extract applying repeatable disposals and bringing up to reference value thus separating relevant extract within each stage of extraction. Extraction follows steaming of initial feed accompanied with simultaneous distillation of essence and terpenes. Then aqueous 70% ethanol is applied for extraction. Thereafter extraction mass is divided into liquid phase and solid sediment with boiling up the extractant. Solid phase is washed with extractant, while extraction mass is divided into liquid phase and solid sediment with boiling up and wringing of the extractant. Solid sediment is extracted with mixed 20% ethanol and 80% nonpolar aliphatic hydrocarbons. Thereafter extraction mass is divided into liquid phase and solid sediment with boiling up. Solid phase is washed with extractant. Extraction mass is divided into liquid phase and solid sediment with boiling up and wringing of the extractant. Prepared products are delivered for end product manufacturing.
EFFECT: extended range of extracted products with simplification of technological process.
