FIELD: building, particularly pile foundations to be erected in soft and collapsible ground.
SUBSTANCE: precast pile comprises shaft composed of sheets. The sheets are spirally wound and connected one to another by the first sheet sides. The sheets are wound in longitudinal direction relatively axis of symmetry and bent along helical line around conical mandrel so than sheets taper downwards along the full shaft length. The sheets have triangular shapes and are connected one to another by sheet sides along shaft perimeter so that hollow multi-start conical surface tapering in downward direction is created. The conical surface is provided with at least three conical helical lines and has varying lead. The pile has cutting blades with sharp ends at apex thereof.
EFFECT: increased load-bearing capacity and simplicity of pile driving in ground.
