FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to foundation construction. Driven screw pile includes nut fixed on soil surface and helical hollow barrel with cutting edges on end. Barrel is multistart with helical lines and helical curvilinear surfaces. Helical hollow barrel is made in form of connected along longitudinal edges with formation along perimeter from outside the shaft of screw lines and helical curvilinear multi-start surfaces in the form of helical grooves of convex shape with centres of curvature inside hollow cylindrical multi-threaded screw shaft and along perimeter inside screw shaft of longitudinal helical cutting edges along entire length of hollow screw shaft from its end cutting edges. Barrel is made of rectangular ribbons. Tapes are equipped with bevels at acute angle alongside edges β, first bent along helical lines on cylindrical first mandrel, with formation along perimeter of screw curvilinear surfaces in form of helical grooves of convex shape with centres of curvature inside these grooves. Strips after removal from the first mandrel, the diameter of which is equal to two radii of the convex-shaped grooves, were placed on the cylindrical second mandrel, the diameter of which corresponds to the through diameter of the hollow screw shaft.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of manufacturing, expansion of technological capabilities, easier pile immersion into soil.
