FIELD: oil and gas production industry, particularly perforation equipment for formation drilling-in.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises guide apparatus, hole cutting means to make holes in casing pipe, pusher for hole cutting means movement and cutting part of hole cutting means. The hole cutting means is made as flexible shaft. Device comprises guiding pipe, outer and inner pipe strings. Inner pipe string is connected with the pusher to move it inside guiding pipe and with mechanism for inner pipe string rotation, lowering and lifting arranged at well head. Guide apparatus is secured to guiding pipe and is made as body with several channels adapted to receive flexible shaft movement direction switches and releasable cutting parts. Cutting parts are provided with cams, which may engage cams formed on flexible shaft. Switches may guide flexible shaft into one channel of guide apparatus to engage cutting part and to drill further channel.

EFFECT: increased efficiency.
